Integrating the Vulcan electronic anti-scale technology solved several reoccurring manufacturing problems. The company now reports they no longer need to add descaling chemicals to their equipment as the previous clogging problems have been resolved. They also reported their equipment high temperature alarms no longer goes off; this now indicates stable heat transfer rates.
The descaler solution solved these problems for Suzhou Weixin Electronics:
- High temperature gas could not be discharged quickly enough from the air compressor. This caused temperature spikes and the equipment had to be shut down.
