Coca-Cola Production facility in Morocco
The Vulcan 5000 model is used to treat a specific area within the Coca-Cola production facility Morocco due to mineral scale build-up in stainless steel pipes and in filters for their water recycling rooms.

Installation Area: On a 2 inch stainless steel water inlet pipe located in the water recycling room
Before the Vulcan descaler was installed the pipe in the water recycling room had a thick layer of scale. After 2 weeks the scale started to loosen. Before installing the Vulcan descaling system, when the water recycling staff replaced filters, it only took 48 hours to see significant scaling on the filter walls. After using the Vulcan anti-scale device there is no scale build up after the same amount of time, 48 hours.

After Vulcan Installation:
- Two weeks after Vulcan was installed, lots of scale deposits had disappeared in the pipe
- 48 hours after Vulcan was installed, the filter still stays clean
- Less maintenance
WITHOUT Vulcan: the filter would get clogged with scale deposits and the filter had to be changed every 48 hours
WITH Vulcan: 48 hours after Vulcan was installed the filter is still clean.
