The injection molding machine have scaled badly for years, so it was always difficult to clean the pipe, especially the heat exchanger of the mold temperature controller. Traditional, chemicals were used to control scale build-up and to clean the equipment. However this is expensive, difficult, and it also harms the heat exchangers and pipelines. After installing the Vulcan S150 and Vulcan S250, Xingbao Plastic has successfully solved the factory's performance issues because scaling and iron filing are no longer a problem and the injection molding machines are well protected.
BEFORE Vulcan: Untreated heat exchanger over a 3 year period
AFTER Vulcan: After installing Vulcan for 1.5 years the mineral scale has been removed without extra cleaning.
