Before using Vulcan, it was necessary to clean the scale once a year: it was mainly cleaned with acid, which was not only expensive but also corroded and damaged the pipelines.

Vulcan S100 was installed on the inlet pipe of the boiler No. 2. After 20 days, the water supply pipe has been depressurized by 0.12 MPa.

BEFORE Vulcan: When the operating pressure keeps constant without Vulcan, the pressure on the main water pipe will increase with the time: because the scale will increase, the pressure will also increase.

AFTER Vulcan: When the operating pressure keeps the same, after 20 days of Vulcan installation, the water supply pipe has been depressurized by 0.12 MPa
