The Vulcan descaler device not only saved our company a lot of water treatment costs, but also significantly lowered our filter cloth costs and the labor workload requird to deal with our mineral scale problems.

We installed 4 Vulcan Hardwater Descalers:
One Vulcan S25 for water filtration of alkali recovery system
One Vulcan S10 for pre-dyeing system
One Vulcan S10 for post-dyeing system
One Vulcan S100 for the sludge dewatering system
We particularly installed a short tube for monitoring result, and saw excellent performance after 3 months, so that additional Vulcan S100 for the sludge dewatering system was installed. The Vulcans not only save a lot of water treatment costs, bring a significant reduction of filter cloth (cost), but also reduce the workload for workers to fight against scale.
